Private Landlords

  • There is no charge to private landlords who wish to include basic information in our listings, including one picture, for up to six properties in the course of a year.
  • There is no limit on the number of updates to each advertisement. An enhanced subscription is available for £50 per annum. This allows any number of properties to be advertised, with more extensive information, more pictures and contact details.

Estate and Letting Agencies

  • Agents are offered a free introductory subscription for six months. This allows an unlimited number of properties to be advertised during that time, with an unlimited number of updates.
  • Renewal for one year costs £150, and allows an unlimited number of properties to be listed.
